- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an unacceptable experience with American Family Insurance after a tornado went through my neighborhood on 12/10/15. The company would only replace the portion of my roof that was damaged in which is unacceptable because now I have a portion of my roof that is new and a portion of my roof that is 16 years old. I also had wind damage to the siding where the tornado lifted portions of the siding from the frame of my townhouse. American Family Insurance denied that claim. Don't use American Family Insurance! When I was calling around to switch my insurance - State Farm couldn't take me as a new customer because of my roof. Thanks American Family Insurance! You suck!!!!November 12, 2017by Linda Moore
